Laguna Hills, CA
Our Story
Benjamin founded BN Architect + Associates on a clear conviction: that clients deserve a single, accountable team rather than a fragmented network of consultants. With over a decade of experience in residential and commercial development across California, he leads the firm’s client relationships and holds every project to that standard, from first conversation through permit approval.
Based in Laguna Hills, we work with clients throughout Southern California — from Orange County and Los Angeles to San Diego and the Bay Area. Our projects span residential, commercial, hospitality, and medical, and our in-house team carries each one from initial site survey through Title 24 compliance and construction administration.
Many of our clients have been with us for years. They return project after project and send us to the people they trust most. To us, that’s the truest measure of success.
What Drives Us
Our Values
Integrated Delivery
Architecture and engineering under one roof means fewer gaps, faster coordination, and a single point of accountability for your entire project — from site survey to certificate of occupancy.
Client-Centered Process
We listen first. Every project begins with understanding your vision, your constraints, and your definition of success — then we build a team and a process around that.
Quality Without Compromise
Whether it’s a residential addition or a medical facility, we hold every project to the same standard: technically rigorous, beautifully resolved, and built to perform for decades.
Our People
Spanning architecture, structural and civil engineering, and permit expertise, our team pairs design vision with technical precision — working as one collaborative unit from first concept through approved, buildable plans.
